Oakland Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing a furnace air conditioning combo unit in a very cramped space. There wasn’t any waiting around waiting for return calls from them. John was quick to respond to my first contact with him and kept in touch and up to date with his timing to finish the job. Very professional, neat, and a timely installation. In December 2019, I woke up on a Sunday morning to find my furnace not functioning. I expected to receive a service call perhaps the following Tuesday at the earliest. But John returned my call almost immediately and had a service technician at my home within a couple of hours.
